

The Network Club (The Club) is owned and managed by The Network Club Limited, a company registered with limited liability in Ireland.
The object of the Club is to further business and social contacts between the members and to establish and maintain a programme of personal development and training, and all other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above.
The general management of the affairs of the Club in all matters shall be under the entire control of and be conducted by The Network Club Limited (the Proprietor) or its servants or agents. The Proprietor shall be responsible for providing the necessary facilities to the Club.
Every member of the Club shall, subject to these rules be entitled to all the privileges of membership and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.
Every member shall be at least eighteen years of age.
Proposals for membership must be made on line or on the application forms provided for that purpose by the Proprietor. Written applications must be signed by the candidate and submitted to the Proprietor together with the entrance fee. The appropriate annual subscription shall be paid by the applicant within fourteen days of acceptance of their application for membership with credit being allowed to the applicant for the amount of the entrance fee already paid. If the applicant fails to pay the membership fee within fourteen days of acceptance, the entrance fee will be forfeit. The acceptance of members shall be at the sole discretion of the Proprietor and in the event of an application for membership being refused then the Proprietor shall notify the applicant of its decision within fourteen days and will refund to the applicant the entrance fee. Applications made on line must include an acceptance that the applicant has read and understood the Rules & Terms and Conditions of the Club. No applications will be accepted on line unless prepaid with a valid credit card. Applicants who submit an application on line accompanied by the full membership fee and whose application is subsequently refused will be refunded the full amount, less a ten percent deduction to cover administration costs.
The annual and other subscriptions payable by the members of the Club shall be such amount as the Proprietor may from time to time prescribe. Subscription fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds are at the discretion of the proprietor. The contract for any outside activity is between the member and the outside activity provider and you hereby indemnify The Club and its agents against any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses including legal fees and expenses relating to or arising out of your participation in The Club events and activities.
The subscription fee for all events must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to that event unless otherwise stated. Refunds for non-attendance will be at the discretion of the Proprietor. There will be a ten percent surcharge levied for all outside events, admission, tickets, fares, meals and such like which are paid by credit card by the individual member or participant. Membership shall expire on the anniversary of the last day of the calendar month in which the member joined the Club and the annual subscription shall be due on the said anniversary and on each subsequent anniversary thereafter subject to receiving a renewal notice from the Proprietor. Annual subscriptions may be paid on line with a valid credit card. The annual subscription entitles the member to access the chat room and bulletin boards maintained by the Club.
The Proprietor may terminate the membership of any member whose subscription is more than one month in arrears.
Former members who have been expelled, members who are under suspension, or persons whose application for membership has been rejected shall not be admitted to activities. The Proprietor reserves the right of admission.
A member may resign their membership at any time by letter or by email delivered to the Proprietor at the Club address.
The Proprietor may suspend or expel from membership any member whose conduct is such that in the opinion of the Proprietor it might be injurious to the character or interests of the Club or may render the member unfit to associate with other members of the Club.

You the member represent, warrant, covenant and agree that you will abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and you will use the service provided by the Club in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you alone are solely, personally and absolutely responsible for the content and/or information which you post on this service. You will defend, Indemnify and hold harmless The Club and its agents, proprietor and all other members against any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees and expenses) relating to or arising out of your use of the service provided by The Club or this agreement. You shall not under any circumstance post or allow to be posted on your behalf on the service or to other members of the service, their servants or agents, any material that: is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, blasphemous, seditious, offensive, sexually orientated, threatening, harassing, racially offensive or illegally infringes or violates any other party's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and the rights of privacy and publicity). You may not advertise or solicit other members to buy or sell any products or services through the service constitutes a chain letter, or junk email. You shall immediately notify the Proprietor of any content, information or material posted by others on the service or to you of which you become aware which does not comply with the provisions as to online content above, but shall not by such notice impose upon the Proprietor any obligation to take any steps on foot thereof.
The Club accepts no liability or any liability whatsoever for any "get together" organized through the chat rooms or the bulletin board, or network for friends, and members must be aware that they participate in the Club activities entirely at their own risk.
Privacy Statement: A register of members shall be kept containing the names and addresses of all the members. Information contained in the register will be used for the purpose of communicating with the members and advising them of activity and event details concerning the Network Club.
The rights of a member shall be personal and non transferable and shall cease upon their death.
Any member whose membership has been terminated pursuant to the provisions of these rules shall forfeit all the privileges of membership without claim for any refund of subscription or any damages for loss or compensation.
The Proprietor may from time to time revoke vary add or alter the rules of the Club, and shall be the sole authority for interpreting the rules and for settling all disputes relating to the affairs of the Club and conduct of the members or their guests.
Notices required by these rules to be given to members may be given by prepaid letter addressed to the member at the last address which they furnished to the Proprietor or by email.
The Proprietor shall not be liable for any loss (including consequential loss) damage costs or expenses howsoever arising (whether caused by the negligent act of the Proprietor or otherwise) suffered by any member or guest arising out of or in connection with any of the activities of the Club or the actions of any fellow member.
The Club and its agents accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage to person or property as a result of participation in any of the Club events. Members must pay the subscription fee for the particular event or activity to the Proprietor and sign disclaimer forms before participation in any activity where required.
